Allows for safe evacuation of people who are unable to use the stairs in flats, care homes or other buildings with stairs.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Consists of a two layer foam; the lower layer firm to ride over any surfaces such as carpets, concrete, stairs, and a softer upper layer for patient comfort. There are safety belts and a foot pocket to hold the patient in place, pulling loops at each end and a tough slippery coated bottom side. The loop at the head is to hold back when descending stairways. Stored in a pouch and can hang on the wall. One or two people required to use.
